A research object is processes of government control of productive relations. A research aim is a ground of conceptual positions of transformation of productive relations in a post-crisis period of development of national economy and forming of the methodical going near their realization. Research methods: formally-logical analysis, statistical analysis, approach of the systems and analysis of the systems, scenario design, social engineering, comparative analysis, organizational planning. The scientific novelty of dissertation work consists of ground of conceptual positions of transformation of productive relations in a post-crisis period of development of national economy and forming of the methodical going near their realization. Conceptual positions of transformation of productive relations are first reasonable in a post-crisis period of development of national economy. Improved: conceptual positions of institutional economy in the process of analysis of transformation of productive relations; methodical going near determination of scenarios of development of national economy of Ukraine in a post-crisis period; methodical going near the estimation of contradictions arising up in the process of preservation of method of production at the level of the third technological mode in the economy of Ukraine. Got further development: determination of essence of concept of continuous education; directions of perfection of socio-economic relations; conceptual positions that ground directions of development of organizationally-economic relations.
