Isaenko D. State policy regulating housing construction development in Ukraine

Object of research: state social policy in the sphere of housing construction. Purpose: a theoretical ground of directions of perfection of mechanisms of forming and realization of public policy of development of housing construction is in Ukraine. Methods: approaches of activity and system; comparative, statistical, structurally-functional analysis; historical. Results: in theory directions of perfection of mechanisms of forming and realization of state policy of regulation of development of housing construction in Ukraine are grounded. Novelty: theoretical approaches to the construction of model of the structurally-functional providing of organizationally-financial mechanism of state regulation of development of housing construction in Ukraine are grounded; theoretical ground of intercommunication of concepts " state social policy" and "housing construction " by consideration of housing construction as component state social policy are improved. It is inculcated in activity of central public authorities of Ukraine. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants.
