The object of study - methods of pricing and valuation in the building, the purpose-adjustment approach to the methodology of the estimated specifications, identification on the basis of economic-mathematical modeling of the influence of regulation on the formation of the estimated cost of construction documents, depending on the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the financial activities planning organizations, methods, monographic, systemic and situational approaches, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogies, mathematical programming, expert interviews, social studies, peer reviews, scientific innovation, the first time: normative - legal basis of the estimated valuation of design is defined as the aggregate ekonomicheskogovliyaniya factor influence on the construction, established and developed the factors affecting the estimate and design the regulatory framework, including rezervoobrazuyuschie factors, modeled after the procedure for determining the coefficient of correlation between labor productivity and labor-intensive design work on the basis of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the industrial and economic activities of enterprises; generalized account of labor costs, which are not directly quantifiable; improved: general methodology for the formation of the estimated costs in the design process, expanded the notion of normative and factual complexity of the design to meet modern requirements, which relate to the ratio of labor costs to the cost of design products, integrated approach to performance assessment design organizations and system performance, and cost outcomes, the estimated coefficients of the classification features based on the analysis of the estimated valuation pricing factors, was further developed: the direction of justification of the estimated valuation and pricing in the construction of facilities at the design stage.
