Peculiarities of magnetic characteristics of crystals are stipulated by clusters of multiple type and size, and changes in cluster crystal subsystem as a result of heat treatment. The conductivity of the (3HgS)0,5(In2S3)0,5, (3HgSe)0,5(In2Se3)0,5 crystals is an almost linear function of temperature. Heat treatment the samples in compounds vapors lead to changes of kinetic coefficients. Band parameters gained from kinetic and optic investigation (on the basis of the latter direct inter-band optical transitions were revealed) (3HgS)0,5(Al2S3)0,5:<Mn> coordinate which each other well and this enabled us to draw the chart of this crystals band structure.
