Essay

The thesis is dedicated to investigation dynamics of chemical connection formation in Cd, Zn, Sb crystals and Cd1-xZnxSb solid solutions (0<=x<=1) by the methods of chemical bonding theory, crystal lattice dynamics and solutions of inverse elasticity problems. Analytical expressions for the non-equivalent hybrid orbitals, their force and power characteristics made it possible to calculate the changes to chemical bond due to the peculiarities of solid solutions of different percent composition.
