In the dissertation theoretical bases of rent of land in farm-production are researched, is characterized its functional subsystems and elements of the organizational-economic mecha-nism of rent of the land. By results of researches are specified the basic organizational-economic directions of development of rent of the land in agricultural enterprises, forming an effective infrastructure of rent of the land, consolidation of the land areas, an establishment of responsibility for preserving quality of soil.
