Object of research: processes of management of financial stability of bank. Purpose of research: development of the system of management of financial stability of bank and corresponding mechanisms of his long-term development at the financial market, which are sent to the increase of profitability of bank activity. Methods of research: method of analysis of the systems and structural-functional; method of systematization and classification; approach of the systems, logic analysis and synthesis; methods of systematization, analysis of hierarchies and system dynamics; method of structural analysis and planning; methods of stress-testing, estimations and management risks; theory of making decision. Results: the modern problems of the permanent functioning of banks are educed and formulated in the conditions of economy of Ukraine; the basic going is studied and systematized near the estimation of financial stability of bank; conception of synthesis of the system of management of financial stability of bank is worked out; the mechanism of express analysis of financial stability of bank is offered; a management mechanism is offered sufficientness of property asset of bank; the mechanism of stress-testing of the financial state of bank is worked out; efficiency of the worked out mechanisms of management of financial stability of bank is well-proven; the structure of the informational and analytical system of support of making decision is offered on a management by financial stability of bank; the factors of economic effect are certain from introduction of the worked out mechanisms of management of financial stability of bank.
