Tarasova I. Procedure order of the written undertaking not to leave a place in Ukraine.

Dissertation research is devoted problems of a remedial order of application of the written undertaking not to leave a place in Ukraine. This paper considers the legal nature of the preventive measure -a written undertaking not to leave a place, grounds for the application of the preventive measure, remedial order of the decision on the election, changes and cancels of the written undertaking not to leave a place in accordance with the criminal-procedural legislation of Ukraine and the results of practical application of the processed data subscription on his own recognizance by law enforcement agencies in Ukraine. The author also made specific proposals to change the rules of the Criminal Procedure Code, which govern the use of the written undertaking not to leave a place.
