Dissertation is endeavored to the examination features of the procedural and tactical principles for urgent investigation. Is researched the historical development of judicial form concept and legal nature of exigent consequence actions, make the classification of urgent investigation, analyzed the procedural order, subjects and time urgent investigative proceedings, established the tactical principles of proceedings, and features of professional protection proceedings in urgent investigation. There are formulated suggestions to improve the current criminal procedure and criminal law, including the definition, conditions, procedural and tactical principles of the proceedings of urgent investigation.
