Sorochyshyn M. Legal Aspects of Social Dialogue in the Sphere of Labour.

The thesis is a special complex research of theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of social dialogue in the sphere of labour. In the thesis the legal nature, essence, concept and features of the social dialogue in the sphere of labour, its legal forms, principles, levels, parties and subjects are defined. The legal status of subjects of the social dialogue in the sphere of labour and the criteria of representativeness of parties of the social dialogue in the sphere of labour are characterized. In the thesis the order of exercise of forms of the social dialog in the sphere of labour is researched. The thesis also provides the concept of bodies of social dialogue in the sphere of labour, the order of establishment and functioning of such bodies. The thesis contains proposals for improving current legislation on social dialogue in the sphere of labour and the draft Labour Code, which is based on the analysis of literature, current legislation and its application, international standards and positive foreign legislative experience."
