Dissertation is based on presentation of theoretical and practical bases of improving organizational form of inner control of financial reports at railway transport companies within frames of contemporary economics. Paper work includes definitions of economic control as one of the most important functions in companies' management by means of schemes of objects using algorithms indicated processes and resources. Organizational forms are improved according to its types, paying attention to demands in management of railway companies. Paper work also includes propositions for improvement of system of inner economics settlements and reports, railway companies' records.
