Khimka S. Grounding the parameters of the vibrating batcher of friable forages (regarding the development and testing of a new type of batcher)

In the dissertation the important scientific and technical task decision is proposed as to rise the quality of the process of dosage the friable forages by the vibrating batcher. Dissertation work contains the results of theoretical and experimental researches, directed for development and exploitation the vibrating batcher of friable forages which will provide diminishing of process power consumption and improvement of the dosage evenness. Using of the developed vibrating batcher allows to carry out the smooth change of supply within the limits of 0,01 - 0,13 kg/s by adjusting both the vibrations ampli-tude in a range 0°40' - 3°20' and the gap between the bunker mouth and working organ from 8 to 12 mm with the 130 mm diameter of basis working apparatus. The devel-oped vibrating batcher provides the supply homogeneity with a range from 2,7% for feeding 0,12 kg/s to 3.3% for the feeding of 0,017 kg/s, with the process power inten-sity from 400 W·s/kg for the feeding 0,12 kg/s tо 2500 W·s/kg for the feeding 0,017 kg/s. The calculated economic effect on a farm with the 100 cows of livestock is 4209 grn/year.
