Research object - entomophage (podisus), device for settling apart, process of the pneumatic mechanical settling apart of podisus. Purpose - increase process efficiency of of settling apart of entomophage of the Colorado beetle - podisus due to the mechanized equipment usage and well-founded of construction al-technological parameters of parts taking into account agrotechnical requirements as for potato protektion and physicobiologycal properties of the entomophage. Methods - planning of multifactor experiments, regressive analysis, statistical methods of data analysis, standard and specially created experimental equipment; novelty - for the first time it is determined physicobiologycal parameters of podisus (mass indexes and injuring force), which characterize its usefulness for the pneumatical-mechanical settling apart; it is theoreticaly proved the dependence of indexes of action of working organs of pneumatical-mechanical device of podisus settling apart on its constructional- technological parameters; it is well-founded rational constructional-technological parameters of working organs of pneumatical-mechanical podisus settling apart on the basis of compromise search between the values of these parameters and technological indexes of process efficiency of settling apart; possibility of compatible implementation of technological operation of podisus settling apart and interrow potato tillage taking into account concidence of larvae appearance of the Colorado beetle and necessity of interrow potato tillage is proved; results - a design of pneumatical-mechanical device of podisus settling apart is developed; the method of chronologic coordination of technological operations as for the crops cultivation is developed; as a result of researches the experimental standard of device for the pneumatical mechanical podisus settling apart is developed; methods and models of devices designing for the mechanized settling apart of entomophage in certain conditions are developed; the combined aggregate for the simultaneous settling apart of podisus and interrow potato tillage is used in practice in the Lvov branch of the Ukrainian research institute of forecasting and testing of mashinery and technologies named after L.Pogorilogo.
