Thesis is devoted to scientific and theoretical argumentation, the directions of improvement legal support of financial control of the authorities activity on the basis of analysis of the legal framework of Ukraine and generalization of legal practice in the financial sphere of social management. Thesis summarizes theoretical and legal approaches to study the nature of financial control, gives procedural characteristics of financial-control rules, analyzes the principles of legal support of financial control, defines the place of financial control in the system of social management, discovers the peculiarities of financial control as a legal form of government activities, analyzes the legal support of development of the financial system of Ukraine, substantiates the ways of improvement the legal support of financial control of government activities.
