The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical understanding and complex solution of problem of legal regulation of financial responsibility for violations of banking legislation in Ukraine. Financial responsibility for violations of banking legislation include penalty, stopping the banking operations, revocation of banking license. The associating of norms about financial responsibility for violations of banking legislation in Law of Ukraine "About financial responsibility for violations of banking legislation in Ukraine" has been proposed by author.
