The dissertation is devoted to the study of the legal regulation of the information relations in the sphere of banking activity, and also to the improvement of information and banking legislation and the development of the information and banking law institutes in the information-oriented environment in Ukraine. It was studied the range of problems of the information banking legal relations together with the improvement of the legal regulation of the information relations in the sphere of banking activity. It was suggested the improvement directions of the legal regulation of the information relations in the sphere of the banking activity.
