Essay

The aim of dissertation research is development of conceptual model of regional cluster in flax industry and grounding of organization and economic mechanism of co-operation of his participants. The object of research is a process of regional cluster's in flax industry creation and functioning as a way of the industry revival. Research methods: abstractly-logical, calculation-structural, economy and mathematic. Theoretical results: the results of the research can be used for social and economic programs of rural territories development in the zones of the traditional growing of flax and flax industry revival in these regions. Practical results: the ways of flex industry revival have been grounded of measures of revival of flax industry. Scientific novelty: based on the imitational model the limited values of clustering criteria for flax growing enterprises have been determined, the main criteria among them are the distance from flax growing enterprises to flax processing factory and levels of possible providing the agricultural enterprises with the own technique. Degree of introduction: the results of the research have been applied by Main administration of economy of Zhytomyr regional state administration, by agricultural enterprises and in educational process at Zhytomyr national agro-ecological university. Efficiency: research results will assist introduction of regional cluster models in the conditions of functioning of modern agrarian sector of Ukraine, in flax industry. Sphere of the use: central and local organs of executive power and them structural subdivisions, organs of local self-government, higher educational establishments, agricultural enterprises.
