Voroshilo V. Finances of households in the financial system of the state.

The object is the processes of development of finances of households in Ukraine. The aim is to study the theoretical positions and to ground the science and practice recommendations of development of finances of households in the financial system of the state. The methods are dialectical, logical and historical, system approach, scientific abstraction, theoretical generalization and systematization; complex and system analysis, comparative, statistical and economical-mathematical. Existent theoretical approaches are generalized in relation to essence of finances of households and their functions; a place of finances of households is in the financial system of the state. Determination of essence of concept is first offered "Financial safety of households ", the hierarchical system of display of financial risks, factors of influencing, directions and principles of providing of financial safety of households is certain. Application sphere are balancing of financial streams, training courses.
