In this thesis it is offered teoretiko-methodological principles of analysis of accordance of mechanism of grant of state aid the subjects of menage principles of functioning competition market to the mechanism which will provide the increase of efficiency of the system of state aid in Ukraine. The content of "the balance test" on the basis of formalization of model by Kepner-Trego for an evaluation of results of granting the state aid to enterprises is advanced. It is offered teoretiko-methodical principles of development of register of state aid to enterprises, which contains the detail information on recipients, volumes, instruments and aims of the given state aid.
