Essay

The process of nonionic surfactant base of the polyisobutylene succinic anhydride in toluene base was studied. Principle technology scheme for industrial production is designed. Kinetic parameters of maleic anhydride condensation by low-molecular polyisobutylene in the temperature range 160-300 С were studied. Optimal synthesis parameters were selected. Surfactant's characteristics dependence of polyisobutylene succinic imides from raw polyisobutylene molecular mass was find. The results of new industrial mixes preparation on the base of synthesized nonionic surfactants and determination of their quality were brought.
