Prytsiuk L. Organizational-economical mechanism of functioning of enterprises-mediators within a specialized market

Object: the process of functioning of organizational-economic mechanism of intermediary companies engaged in Ukraine and, in particular, in the Podilskij region, trade cars, Cars and service of warranty service and repair cars. Purpose: To study the organizational and economic mechanism of enterprises intermediary scientific substantiation of certain theoretical propositions of its improvement and development of practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of intermediate units of specialized automotive market. Methods: empirical (observation, comparison, measurement, generalization), empirical and theoretical (analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction), methods of information processing (grouping, calculation of the relative and average values, development of spreadsheets, graphical method), methods of analytical work ( comparison, correlation and regression methods), methods of calculations and planning studies (peer reviews). It is offered: defined and systematized types of organizational and economic mechanisms, other than for strategic and tactical objectives, functions, principles and methods of management at different stages of enterprise development intermediary, improved typology of enterprises and intermediary mechanism of organizational interaction automotive intermediaries with financial partners and consumers of goods and services.
