Thesis is dedicated to the issues related to the management process of printing company potential, as well as the development of theoretical and methodological regulations directed to its improvement. It is investigated the situation in printing industry, the structure of its capacity and the features of management, carried out a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of management of printing company potential. It is specified the notion of management of enterprise potential, the external environment potential and the potential of enterprise interactions with the external environment. It is improved the classification of company potential and proposed the approach to structuring the potential according to its internal components for target-functional characteristics. It is worked out a mathematical model of decision making to manage the printing company potential on the basis of using the modified method of analysis of hierarchies. It is formed the management mechanisms of formation and implementation of printing company potential on the basis of client-oriented approach; proposed the sequence of its implementation into the process of company management; given the recommendations on improving of management of printing company potential.
