Myrnyi D. Hemodynamics, endothelial function and oxidative status meditional correction of them for patiens with essential hypertension combained with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

The object of the research is changes of the morphological and functional state of heart and vessels and biochemical homoeostasis for patients with essential hypertension in combination with COPD a background the different therapeutic modes; purpose - to probe the features of pathogenesis, promote quality of diagnostics and optimize efficiency of treatment at combination of essential hypertension and COPD. Methods - clinical, biochemical, instrumental, statistical. Novelty is presented as identification of the clinical features and resilientlyelastic properties of arterial vessels, biochemical homoeostasis and metabolism of connective tissue, hemodynamics, the alternative method of diagnostics of function of endothelia is offered, certainly additional criteria of diagnostics and control of efficiency of treatment; the administration of spirapril and S-amlodipin was developed and implemented in practice with proven effectiveness at such combined pathology. The observed data were introduced into practice of the City Clinical Hospital №7 (Zaporizhzhia), Municipal institution "Central hospital of the Ordjonikidze District", Municipal Institution "Central hospital of the Соmmunarovsk district" and also in the research and educational process of State Institute "Zaporizhzhia Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education of Ministry of Health of Ukraine".
