The dissertation is devoted to improving of the administrative and legal work of police inspectors. This research investigates the issue of concepts, values and direction of administrative and legal work of the district police. It is shown the content of administrative and legal support work of district police inspectors. The system and specific legal regulation of labor and management of police inspectors in the current period are determined. The guarantees of work for police inspectors are investigated. The main factors of reduction of labor of district officers are analyzed. Suggestions to improve the professionalism of the police inspectors as a prerequisite to improve their work organization are formulated.
