The thesis work presents the results of complex investigation in clinical displays, biochemical indices, the state of peroxide oxidation of lipids and antioxidant protection, endotoxicosis, indicators of cytokine profile, collagen IV and leptin in patients with cirrhosis of liver with different body mass index. Paying attention to the authentic positive dynamics all studied indices, including noninvasion markers of fibrosis, if is made a conclusion about the effectiveness of complex therapy with the inclusion of Antral in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis of liver with different body mass index.
