Essay

The dissertation examines the concept of aesthetics at the beginning of his forming, namely the Baumgartens and Kants aesthetics conceptions. In Baumgartens philosophy the aesthetic means – sensuous; and aesthetics – is a science about sensuous cognition. In Kants philosophy the aesthetics is a science of principles and rules of the human sensibility, and not the doctrine of taste, beautiful and sublime. Critique of Judgment is not aesthetics. It was investigated the main points of interpretation of aesthetics through the Greek aisthesis in relation to the Baumgartens and Kants philosophical conceptions of aesthetics.
