3. Dissertation is devoted to the comprehensive research of legal regime of lands, granted for the use of subsoil. The development of legal regulation of land relations, connected with the use of subsoil is divided into periods. Legal features of lands for the need of use of subsoil are researched, the notion and composition of these lands are defined. Legal gist and peculiarities of legal regime of mentioned lands are analyzed. On the basis of provided research the propositions and recommendations as to the improvement of current legislation on legal regime of lands for the use of subsoil are made, theoretical conclusions on further development of the theory of land law of Ukraine are proposed.
