3. Subject of research: mathematical and physical models of the autonomous small power wind turbine of horizontal-axial type. Object ofresearch:determination of power efficiency of autonomous small power wind turbine with stabilizing of frequency rotation of rotor the system of leading out of rotor from under wind. Methods of research: decision of the systems of algebraic equalizations, theoretical bases of the electrical engineering, mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results. Innovations: the method of construction of the leading out rotor from under wind system of wind turbine is developed, the mathematical model of rotor of autonomous wind turbine is improved, the method of calculation of loadings on a blade is developed. Object and degree of introduction: "Windenergo Ltd", National aerospace university the name of N.E. Zhukovskiy "KHAI". Implementation efficiency: efficiency of calculation and utilization. Utilization field: autonomous and reserve energy supply.
