Kronda O. Legal regulation of radioactive waste control in Ukraine.

The thesis contains a complex study of legal nature, conceptual framework and the peculiarities of legal regulation in the sphere of radioactive waste control. The result of research is a comparative analysis of the laws of Ukraine in the sphere of radioactive waste control with the laws of some foreign countries; it presents definition of legal relations in the sphere of radioactive waste control and their structure; it determines the range of subjects of legal relations in the field of radioactive waste control and establishes legal defects of legal regulations acts that regulate this sphere. A special attention is drawn to the system of public authorities in the mentioned field, which comprise bodies of general and special competence in the sphere of radioactive waste control. Bodies of special competence are consisted of the state management agencies and the state regulatory agencies in the sphere of radioactive waste control.
