Their interin fluences are determined and in measured.The process-functional approach is offered in the administrative decisions making and the forming of dual-control in the recreation of the fixed assets of the agricultural enterprises frame with the aim of the permanent analytical influences to the revision of the functional state of the capital, the development and the realization of the administrative measures in relation to the effectiveness of the process of the renewal.
