In the thesis has been explored the theory of the competitiveness in the agricultural enterprises. It has been also generalized the point, economic significance, internal and external factors and evaluation methods of the competitiveness in the agricultural enterprises. The formation's directions of the organizational and the legal forms in the agricultural enterprises have been analyzed in this study.It has been improved the mechanism of the control levers in the sphere of ensuring of the competitiveness in the agricultural enterprises.
