Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the question of check of technical state of reducing gears of pumping units (PU). The method of prognostication and increasing of resource of reducing gears of PU is developed in dissertation, where their remaining resource and certainly optimum class of sentinel is delineated to trend for the calculation of remaining resource of work of reducing gear, where his dependence is calculated for a concrete case. Lubricating goods are designed with the additives of compounds and soft metals; the criteria of rejecting of reducing gears of PU are designed on the basis of vibrodiagnostics; the method of cutting of costs is designed on the repair action of reducing gear on the basis of functionally-cost evaluation.
