Shahno A. State Regulation of Institutional Changes in Labour Market in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the grounding and the further development of theoretic and methodic foundations, dealing with the state regulation mechanism's improvement of institutional changes in the labour market in Ukraine. The improvement model of the organizational - economic mechanism of the institutional changes' state regulation in the labour market in Ukraine is theoretically grounded and elaborated on the basis of the institutional approach. The following is made deeper and improved: the effective management mechanism of the labour potential's work on the basis of innovational approach; the state's organizational - economic ensurance model of the development process of human and social capital; the state regulation mechanism of the labour potential's migration processes in Ukraine.
