Object - the process of innovative investment activity on the railway transport. Aim - to improve theoretical regulations and methodological basis for providing of innovative investment activity while the high-speed traffic designing on the railway transport of Ukraine. Methods - general science and specific; comparative, system and static analysis; economic and mathematical. Novelty - it has been proposed to activate innovative investment activity on the railway transport of Ukraine through the use of concessions as a form of public-private partnership. On the base of identified selected innovative investment activity constituent. It has been developed mechanism of interaction between the participants of the project and the concession procedure for the preparation of the draft concession. Results -the mark of benefits evolution due to introduction of new innovative investment project of high-speed traffic construction in view of the total transport effect, that allows to estimate the effectiveness of this project; it has been developed the mechanism of interaction between the participants including basic approaches of the creation and the types of private railway transport construction management and specifying concession activity providing on the railway transport of Ukraine. It is also coordinate the work of the Ukraine Railway and private partner (concessioner). Applying of the received results allows to attract vast capital assets for introduction of the high-speed traffic on the railway transport of Ukraine.
