The thesis is devoted to the complex research and modern scientific conception of the judicial position and the body of inquiry activity as the subjects of criminal remedial proof. The concept of inquest organs, their system and jurisdiction were probed. The features of inquest organs activity were examined as the subject of proving on the stages of laying an action, pre-trial investigation and also during realization the protocol form of pre-trial materials preparation.
