Essay

A research object is a process of drying of iron-ore pellets. Conformities to the law of drying of pellets with additions of bentonite and hard fuel are set. Exposed and investigational the phenomenon of thermal-diffusion outflow of moisture at drying of pellets in the range of temperatures of 200-300°C. The new design pelletizing drum, counted on application of technology of the two-way loading of raw materials, is developed. Was carrying out and analysed the results of pelletizing in new drum. The temperature-gas technological mode of the intensive high temperature drying of pellets is developed. The design of work of conveyer machine with the use of the got technological mode of operations of drying area was carrying out.
