Essay

An object of the research: chemical processing of secondary raw material that contains tungsten. An aim of the research: creation of physical-chemical bases of the technology to process secondary raw material that contains tungsten with the separate receipt of components. Methods of the research: atomic-absorbing, spectrophotometry, laser and atomic mass-spectrometry, X-Ray (DRON-ЗМ) thermo-gravimetric (R-1500D of the system F.Раulіk - J.Раulіk - L.Еrdеу), chemical methods of material analysis and complex of physical-mechanical methods. Theoretical and practical results: a technological sequence and modes of realization of processing process of secondary raw material that contains tungsten were proposed on the basis of the worked out scientific and experimental data. Novelty: nature of cooling mixture for realization of heat treatment process of secondary raw material that contains tungsten was determined; kinetic parameters of nickel and iron extraction process with use of nitric acid were studied, the area of its behavior was set, corresponding kinetic equalizations and mechanism of nickel and iron dissolution were presented; separation of nickel(ІІ) and iron(ІІІ) nitrates of by ammonia solution; the receipt of metallic nickel from its oxalate in ammonium oxalate presence was theoretically validated and experimentally confirmed. Degree of introduction: results of the research have been introducted on SCCТ the "Red chemist" (Kharkov) and have been recommended for introduction in the educational process of NTU "KhPI". Industry of the use: scientific results of the research can be used in further scientific developments in area of processing of secondary raw material that consists of heavy, transitional and polyvalented metals, and also on enterprises of chemical industry.
