The aim of dissertation research is a ground of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of management of the innovative activities of agroservice enterprises. A research object is a process of management of the innovative activities of agroservice enterprises. Research methods: the logical and analytical methods, the economico-statistical method, sociological method, the method of economico-mathematical modelling. Theoretical results: development of theoretical, methodical positions and practical recommendations in relation to management of the innovative activities of agroservice enterprises. Practical results: scientific ground of measures management of the innovative activities of agroservice enterprises. Scientific novelty: the methodical going is offered near management of the innovative activities of agroservice enterprises on the basis of the results of assessing the efficiency of alternative innovations taking into account innovative risks. Degree of introduction: the results of the conducted research are applied by Main administration of agroindustrial development of Zhytomyr regional state administration, used in practice of agroservice enterprises and in the educational process of the Zhytomyr national agro-ecolologycal university at teaching of economic disciplines. Efficiency: research results will assist the increase of efficiency of management of the innovative activities of agroservice enterprises. Sphere of the use: central and local organs of executive power and them structural subdivisions, organs of local self-government, higher educational establishments, agroservice enterprises.
