Object of research - the process of diamond-tipped spark grinding technology using minimal lubrication in the form of a solid lubricant. The subject of study - physical and mechanical features of the interaction of cutting surface of the material, optimization of AISH using minimal lubrication technology, analysis of quality of the finished surface - roughness and residual makronapruzhen, and their relationship with the durability of polished tools, determine the minimum total cost of processing technology, that leads to the valuation of quality. This work was based on the research process, diamond-tipped spark grinding using technology developed and implemented the minimum lubrication, oil is used as a mixture of hydrocarbon components - stearic and carboxylic acids. The paper uses the theory of cutting materials, grinding, mechanical engineering technology, characteristics of physical and mechanical and physico-chemical interaction, planning experiment. Experimental studies were conducted in special settings that implement a process by special dynamometer, grinding machines for elastic under the scheme, experiments were performed on a modernized universal grinding machine, which allows the process of diamond-spark grinding and flat-grinding and turning machines , while used a special generator of current pulses. Investigated the physical and technological parameters of process of grinding using TMM, especially the interaction of surface diamond cutting discs of the material using modern instruments, apparatus and techniques were used microscopes comparison, Electronic Scanning, special sylovymiryuvalni devices profilohraf-Profilometers Instruments X-ray analysis, and diffractometer other. The practical value of the work is shown for the first time and realized the possibility of using new technology diamond-tipped spark grinding without watering, but with a minimum dry solid lubrication based on hydrocarbon media. The practical importance is demonstrated and realized the possibility of assessing the quality of treatment not only by residual stresses and surface roughness, but also established the relationship these characteristics of quality and durability of cutting tools to determine the overall total cost of the technological process, ie to assess quality in terms of value .
