The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of government support for small business, which is an important component of economic policy of any state with a developed economy. The thesis formed the model of the mechanism of state support of small business that provides a consistent decision-motivated decisions regarding small business development through the use of certain instruments of state support and incentives for small businesses to obtain economic and social impact. Directions to improve state support for small businesses, including: legal, economic and institutional support. A methodological approach to determine the size of the differential partial reimbursement to small businesses of interest payments on commercial loans.
