The thesis is devoted theoretical-methodological grounding ways of increase of efficiency of the use of machine agricultural aggregates at mechanized fields works in the plant-grower. With the purpose of the costs cutting on production of goods in agrarian enterprises conception of system optimization of efficiency of implementation of the mechanized processes is offered in the plant-grower, described even optimizations of processes. Methods and software are offered for determination of running expenses on implementation of technological operations of the mechanized fields works in the plant-grower, unit of plant-grower cost, regressive dependences of charges from influencing of aggregate of organizational-technological factors. Grounded on the indexes of comparative economic efficiency optimum complexes of machines for technological operations in the plant-grower: bringing of mineral fertilizers, ploughing, sowing, sprinkling of the fields cultures, collections of corn cultures, and also complexes of machines for traditional and No Till technologies of growing of wheat in agrarian enterprises.
