It was defined that legal identity of proof in administrative and criminal procedures provides an opportunity to transfer results of proof from one jurisdiction over the other. It was specified that materials of administrative activity make up an independent type of evidence. In order to use them while proving criminal cases without let of hindrance it has been suggested to settle unitary standards of fixation, documentation and providing legality of law-enforcement activity results.
