Thesis if devoted to increasing of characteristics homogeneity and stability of centrifugal-cast bilayer rolling mill rolls having a high-chromium cast iron working layer by means of optimizing the casting parameters, chemical composition and heat treatment technologies ensuring the decay of the retained austenite. Dependence of stress-strain state, and of physical and mechanical properties on roll production technological parameters was determined. It provided uniformity of properties and retained austenite decay.
