The dissertation is devoted to perfection and elaboration of theoretical-methodical basis of economic estimation and management of mining enterprises' activity rhythmicity. The state of theory and practice of estimation and management of enterprises' rhythmicity is analyzed. The system of indicators of the mining enterprise's operational activity rhythmicity and the criteria of their estimation is developed. The methodical approach to an analysis of the level of commercial products output rhythmicity and its realization is improved. A system of mining enterprises' operational activity rhythmicity management is perfected. A bonus system for the employees based on the level of rhythmicity is improved. An organizational system of mining enterprises rhythmicity management is created on the basis of the developed system; it shows a whole process of rhythmicity management. A system of operative controlling the mining enterprises' operational activity rhythmicity which allows to control the levels of performance of the planned targets of manufacturing and realization of commodity iron ore and to provide obtaining the planned financial results is developed.
