Sviridova L. Forensic authorship classification research of Ukrainian written language

The thesis is dedicated to the working out the theoretical and methodical foundation of a forensic authorship classification expertise, directed to the improvement and optimization of a forensic examination and an investigation activity. The problems arising during the conducting of this type of an examination were analyzed for the first time: the tasks which are dedicated during the examination were analyzed; an expert practice and information of related sciences (psycholinguistics, psychology, social psycholinguistic, neurolinguistic ets.) were generalized; experimental researches of Ukrainian written language were conducted and the typical signs of Ukrainian written language of men and women were indicated; algorithm expert methods of research of Ukrainian written language for determination of an author's gender of a document were elaborated. At the same time the structure of expert authorship classification research was improved. The basic mechanisms of intellectual activity of an expert - author researches including psychological foundations of forming convictions of an expert were analyzed in the thesis. It was educed that the research results import for rising investigating and research versions that stipulates effectiveness of solutions of crimes. The recommendations for investigators and judges on assessment of the expert's report were given.
