Dutova N. Management of Sales of Metallurgical Enterprises Based on Electronic Marketplace

The object of research is sale processes on metallurgical enterprises with the use of electronic marketplaces. The purpose of research is further development of theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations on the management the sale of metallurgical enterprises with the use of electronic marketplaces. The methods of research are graphic method; special methods of analysis of dynamics and comparison of information; approach of the systems; methods of analysis and synthesis; matrix method; methods of cross-correlation-regressive analysis; methods of generalization, abstraction and analogy, induction and deduction. Organizational mechanism of management the sale of metallurgical enterprises which difference lies in use| of electronic marketplaces; grounds and possibility of rational choice of electronic marketplaces, formation of clients database, products market estimation; matrix model of electronic marketplaces choice, which based on the key parameters of its functioning; methodical approach to| evaluation of sale products efficiency by means of electronic marketplaces, wich grounds on the basis of use subsystems "Clients", "Finances", "Processes" and "Growth and Development" are improved. Methodical approach to the ground of use| electronic marketplaces in metallurgical enterprises sale organization and management with purpose of domestic metallurgy competitiveness increase; concept "electronic marketplaces", which examined as a hardwarily-programmatic complex that enables exchange information, search of partners and establishing business connections have further development. Scientific results are used in activity of "Artemovsk Factory of Treatment of Coloured Metals" (certification No58 from 15.04.2011), in the educational process of the Donetsk National university certificate (№18/01-27/6.10.0 from 12.01.2011).
