Zarevchatska T. State regulation of maintenance of innovative activity of small business in Ukraine

The object of research is the process of small business state regulation. The purpose of research is deepening and improvement of theoretical positions and methodical recommendations on state regulation of small business innovative activity. Methods of research are graphic method, terminological analysis, complex analysis (the method of "distance"), economic-statistical analysis, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. Methodical approach to the assessment of small business effectiveness which is supplemented by the analysis of the small business cash flows; training and application of the provisions on the formation of state regulation mechanism for small business innovative activity; the composition and content of criteria for the evaluation of small business innovation activities are got further development. Theoretical approach to the formation regulation mechanism economic component for small business innovative activity; methodical approach to the formation of state regulation mechanism for small business innovative activity are improved. Results of research are used in the eleboration of Regional Program of Small Businessp Development in Donetsk region (letter № 01-32-1239 from 26.05.2011) and in the activities of the "KRAMATORSKTRANSSERVIS" (certificate No 04-11 from 27.01.2011), "ANEGA" (certificate No 466/142 from 20.02.2011), "Scientific-Research Rngineering Laboratory of Dynamics and Strength of Machines" (certificate No 02/03 from 10.03.2011), "TEHINFORM" (certificate No 2 from 26.04.2011 g.) and in educational process of "Donbass State Machine-Building Academy (No 063-05-951 from 25.05.2011)
