The Thesis is dedicated to problem of increasing quality diagnostics and efficiency of the treatment allergic rhinitis (AR), caused allergens wolds fungus (WF), study his wide-spread amongst populations. For the reason improvements of the diagnostics AR, caused by WF is offered new approach to early specific diagnostics hypersensitivity to allergens WF by means of skin tests, estimations nasal provocative test (NPT) and method immunothermistometry with domestic allergens Alternaria, Aspergillus, Botrytis, Cladosporium, Monilia, Penicillium. It Is Proved that offered methods of the estimation NPT is most nformatization for diagnostics and monitoring the treatment AR on WF. Combined local antifungus and antiallergic therapy is efficient and safe by method of the treatment AR on WF at condition of the acknowledgement carrier fungous flora culture by study and exceptions of the infectious fungous defeat of the nose and dependent of the sinuses.
