Essay

The thesis presented a theoretical basis and introduced a new solution of scientific and practical problems - improving the effectiveness of surgical treatment of the deformation of the nasal septum, through the prevention of postoperative flotation and its complications, the study of the pathogenesis of postoperative flotation, the development of surgical techniques of plastic skeleton resected advanced plastic material (porous polytetrafluoroethylene). For the first time the dependence of the flotation of postoperative nasal septum resection of the area of the skeleton, its location and shape. Investigated under pathological changes in tissues of the nasal septum operated their dynamics, the clinic and its importance in the development of perforation. The degree of flotation operated nasal septum, and their clinical manifestation and dynamics in the early and late postoperative periods. Developed a surgical technique of plastic skeleton resected advanced plastic material (porous polytetrafluoroethylene), proved its clinical efficacy in the prevention of degenerative changes in the tissues of the nasal septum, and the postoperative occurrence of perforation. First introduced in the practice of diagnostic pathology of the nasal septum in the sagittal CT projection, study its features and advantages over conventional CT of the nose and paranasal sinuses.
