We examined 106 patients with acute bathing rhinosinusitis, who became ill on summer holiday season in coastal city Odessa. As a control group we took 51 people who are ill on acute purulent rhinosinusitis out of the bathing season (winter and spring). Microbiocenoses of the discharges from nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses of patients with acute bathing rhinosinusitis and with acute purulent rhinosinusitis in the autumn - winter period were studied. Almost in all cases of bathing sinusites in crops from the nasal cavity were sowing fungi type Aspergillus (86% of cases) and in control -15% of cases. While studying of bacteriological structure of sea water and sand, was found that on all beaches in sea sand mold fungi are present. The most important parameter in the systemic factors of immunity and allergy were changes of the level of antibodies reagins type as in general plan and so as specific against to fungal allergens. The content of total IgE in the blood serum of the patients with bathing sinusitis was higher in 8-10 times than in the control group. Treatment of acute rhinosinusitis include primary medicines, that are recommended by report, antifungal remedy -intrаconazol, plus cycloferon pills in scheme. Good clinical result was received.
